Schedule a Flu Vaccination for Your Child Today
Pediatric Associates, PC is now giving Flu vaccine for the 2023-2024 season. The American Academy of Pediatrics and The CDC recommend that all children ages 6 months to 18 years receive the Flu vaccine each year.
We have Flu vaccine for all patients, both private and VFC for this year.
We will have a preservative-free (Thimerosal free) vaccine available for all children 6 months to 3 years. Children over 3 years will receive multi-dose Flu vaccine unless parents specifically request the preservative-free vaccine.
We do not have the Flumist vaccine (live intranasal Flu Vaccine) for this season.

Children 6 months through 9 years will need 2 doses if this is their first year receiving the Flu vaccine. The second dose must be at least 4 weeks after the first dose.
Flu Vaccine Appointments
We are now holding flu shot clinics every day during the week. Weekday flu shots will be given in our waiting room, so only children over 2 who can sit still for a shot can be scheduled at these times. Other children should be scheduled for our Saturday clinics. Only one parent can accompany your children, but more than one child can be immunized.
We will have Saturday flu shot clinics on September 30th and October 14th with more dates to be added soon.
All Flu Shot Clinics are by appointment only. Please call 602-861-1611 to schedule.
We will also be giving flu shots at well checks during the week, but this year we cannot give them to siblings during patient well checks.
