*Appointments will only be given out by using the link above. PLEASE do not call the office to schedule.
*There is NO contraindication to receiving other vaccines within any time frame. That being said, we will NOT be co-administering flu vaccines during these weekend clinics. To schedule your child’s FLU shot, please call the office.
*Please note: the 2nd dose will be given Saturday, December 4th. This is in line with approved timing for the vaccine and avoids the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
*IF approval is NOT received by November 5th, we will reschedule the clinic
